WHAT ABOUT ORDERING?
Our webshop is open as usual, 24/7.
WILL MY ORDER HAVE ANY DELAYS?
We are doing everything we can to ensure that all orders are shipped out as soon as possible from our warehouse in New Jersey. However, please note that there are currently some delays, as the warehouse was closed between the 24th and 29th of March. Deliveries are still possible in all areas of the country, though we strongly recommend having your order sent to your own address to avoid any issues of offices/parcel shops being closed due to the virus.
CAN I STILL VISIT YOUR STORES?
We have closed all our US stores, and we have also limited the operating hours and closed some of our retail stores in the rest of the world. We are also asking our JSSK Socks Crew based in our offices to work remotely. In the stores that remain open, we are taking active steps to protect the health of our JSSK Socks Crew and customers, including:
- Regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas, including our cash desk, hardware, product displays, and handles and glass doors with disinfecting cleaner
- Availability of hand sanitizers for customers and Hotrovel Socks Crew in all stores, and wash our hands often and thoroughly
- Ensuring our Hotrovel Socks Crew have the information they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they are feeling unwell.
- Continuously update and communicate any changes to our policy based on ongoing recommendations from the WHO, local governments, and public health agencies to ensure we are providing a safe and healthy environment for all office and store staff, our customers and communities.
